2、须符合中国法律和国际法律，已具备合法性。电子合同协议单据处理系统才具有 现实意义和实际价值。其次必须保证电子合同及用户的相关隐私数据在网络中安 全完整地传输，实现合同的保密性。并在上述基础上实现友好便捷的人机交互界 面也是本系统的特性之一。 论文分析了电子合同的特性，并根据其特殊性质，结合计算机网络技术的发 展，实现了可以满足电子合同在网络中的安全性需求的系统，对比了现有的数据 加密技术，使用 HTTP 和 SSL 协议实现数据加密，使用在线预览组件实现文档的 在线预览，使用 Jacob 组件实现 word 文档编辑，同时使用 Eclipse、MySQL 等工 具完成系统的设计与实现。 关键词
