1、 注 1 摘要摘要 多轴钻床是一种孔加工的机床,它被广泛用于加工多孔工件。多轴钻床在生 产中的应用,解决了普通钻床加工多孔工件时逐孔加工浪费时间和人工这两个重 要问题。在本设计中,设计的多轴钻床为轮辐螺栓孔加工机床,属于专用机床。 本设计主要解决了多轴钻床加工过程中的两大主要问题:工件和刀具之间的 定位问题和刀具导向问题。为了解决上述两大难题,我们在设计中采用合理的钻 模板和定位装置对工件合理定位,从而完成孔的扩铰工序,解决了多轴钻床加工 中的两大难题。同时也讨论了多轴钻床的总体设计问题,给出了总体设计方案, 其中包括刀具与工件的与运动方式设计,对机床各个部件的功能和作用进行具体 的阐述并体持
