1、 I 起重塔机顶升及回转支撑机构设计 摘 要 塔式起重机主要用于房屋建筑施工中物料的垂直和水平输送及建筑构件的安装。目 前,国内推行的新型城镇化无疑会产生大量的建设任务,对塔式起重机的使用会越来越 多。对塔机的合理设计将会直接影响塔机的安全、效率及稳定等方面。本次课程设计重 点设计计算了 QTZ40 型塔式起重机的回转机构与顶升系统,回转和顶升是塔机的主要 工作动作,通过对各个零部件进行计算、选型,充分保证在安全的前提下塔机的正常运 行。利用软件 SolidWorks 三维软件进行实体造型,先做出三维模型,然后利用三维模型 导出二维图纸,提高准确性和效率。 关键字:塔式起重机;QTZ40;回转
