2、速自动上述皮；书心、书皮自动检测；加热时间定时控制；加热温度自动 控制； 故障显示、 声音报警等功能。 从而提高了包本的质量和速度。 完成主电路设计、 电源电路设计、控制电路设计、PLC 软件设计，器件选择等。 本设计的包本机采用十三个书夹的胶订包本设备， 电气部分采用具有国际先进水 平的变频调速器、可编程控制器、可进行参数调节的温度控制器以及光电开关，电感 式接近开关等。检测部分采用光-机-电为一体的检测手段。对错误操作、机械故障及 纸张包本的送、运故障均发出声、光报警。 以上各项技术的应用，确保了整机性能的先进性、可靠性和安全性。 关键词 可编程序控制器 变频调速器 包本机 3 THE D
