1、I 橡胶车间丁烯氧化脱氢工段解析塔和再生塔的工艺设计橡胶车间丁烯氧化脱氢工段解析塔和再生塔的工艺设计 摘摘 要要 精馏塔是化工生产中普遍使用的单元操作装置,它的操作性能的好坏直接 影响产品的质量和生产过程的能耗。本设计简单介绍了丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯 的工艺方法及其原理,橡胶工业在国内外发展现状,主要是对橡胶车间丁烯氧 化脱氢工段的解吸塔(精馏塔)进行设计。 本设计采用泡点进料,将原料液通过预热器加热至泡点后送入精馏塔内。 塔顶上升蒸汽采用全冷凝器冷凝,冷凝液在泡点下一部分回流至塔内,其余部 分经产品冷却器冷却后送入储罐。本次设计的基本方案:精馏塔的工艺计 算:重点是物料衡算和能量衡算。精馏塔塔
