1、 I 摘 要 随着我国国民经济的日益发展，各类高等院校的连年扩招。滁州市职业 技术学院为解决因扩招带来的学生住宿紧张的问题，按照学院的总体规划， 在原女生宿舍西南侧建一栋约能满足六百人居住的学生公寓。本文对该学生 公寓进行了详细设计和详细研究。依据住宅设计规范、混凝土结构设计规范 和建筑设计防火规范等建筑规范，本文主要从建筑、结构和两个方面进行了 设计。其结论如下：通过对滁州市职业技术学院学生公寓的设计，使其平面 布局合理、功能完善，立面造型简洁、线条流畅;本设计结构选用框架结构， 该结构灵巧便于布置，可靠性好，施工方便且较为经济。设计中采用手算和 电算相结合，手算为主，电算为辅。且手算中运用
