1、 I 摘 要 注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑 件。本设计进行了一种保暖杯盖的注塑模具设计,分析塑件的成型工艺,设计了一 模一腔、双分型面、点浇口、斜导柱滑块向内抽芯的注塑模结构。利用 Moldflow 软 件对塑件成型工艺性进行模拟分析,确定浇注系统类型和浇口位置,对塑件质量进 行控制。使用 Pro/E 软件对制件进行三维实体造型,并利用其外挂模架专家系统 EMX4.1 选择标准模架、标准件,最终完成全套注塑模具的三维装配实体。在进行 设计时,工艺性的合理性、零部件的选材、模具结构的设计对制件能否合格生产有 很大影响。本设计从保证产量和质量要求出发,通过分
