2、,每 20 槽为一组,根据工艺条件对设备进行计算和选择:混凝土衬玻 璃钢电解槽 720 个,带组合吊架及接酸盘的专用吊车 2 台。5 条自动生产机组,可控硅 整流 2 台,带盖的全玻璃钢槽 25 个,高位槽 2 个,板式换热器 8 台,隔膜压滤机 4 台。 导电装置采用平衡电流式绝缘导电装置,滤布采用丙纶 1000A 微孔薄膜复合滤布。净化 工艺选择了真空蒸发、水冷结晶、带式过滤生产硫酸铜,诱导法脱铜脱砷,真空蒸发冷 冻结晶法生产硫酸镍。 关键词:电解铜;电解;净化;工艺设计 2 With an annual output of 200000tons of electrolytic coppe
