1、 I 摘要摘要 本工程位于江西省南昌市经济技术开发区的帝泊湾小区的商业会所， 根据毕业设计 的要求，结合本工程的具体情况和有关现行规范、规程等资料，编制的单位工程施工组 织设计文件。一个科学的施工组织设计，将使建筑施工活动协调有序，提高工作效率， 达到缩短工期、降低成本、争创优质的效果，并争评省优秀工程。 本单位工程施工组织设计分为八章，分别是工程概况、施工方案、工程量计算书、 施工准备、施工部署、施工进度计划、施工平面布置、安全施工的措施。通过熟悉设计 资料和图纸，估算出整个工程量，并结合预算定额的相关要求和规范，合理安排施工顺 序，充分利用机械设备，努力提高劳动效率，组织现场安全、文明施工
