1、 泵体零件钻 8-8 孔专用机床设计 摘要 专用机床是根据工件加工需要，以大量通用部件为基础，配以少量专用 部件组成的一种高效专用机床。由于组合机床能够进行多工位加工，提高自 动化程度，缩短加工时间和辅助时间，而且组合机床大部分都是由通用部件 组成，研制周期较短，便于设计，制造和使用维护，成本低。而且机床易于 改造，产品和工艺变化时，通用部件还能重复利用，经济性较好。所以组合 机床在大批量生产中的应用十分广泛。 本次设计中我主要负责主轴箱、夹具、通用进给系统及床身联系尺寸的 设计。 在进行专用机床设计之前，要进行必要的调查研究。在调查研究中进行 的主要工作有： 1、认真阅读被加工零件图样，研究
2、其尺寸、形状、材料、加工部位的结 构及加工精度和表面粗糙度要求等内容。 2深入到专用机床使用和制造单位。为了全面细致地了解专用机床的有 关知识，我们在指导老师的带领下，深入到汇翔的加工车间，参观了专用机 床的工作情况，并听取了指导老师的详细讲解。 做好任何工作，掌握好调查研究的工作是必不可少的，只有这样才能全 面、细致地完成各项任务，不至于在工作中出现茫然不知所措的情况。 由于时间仓促，设计之处难免有不足之处，还望各位老师多多指正。 关 键 词：主轴箱，夹具，专用机床，通用进给系统 THE DESIGN OF THE SPECIAL MACHINE FOR THE DRILLING 8-7 H
