1、 1 摘 要 本文简略说明了无缝钢管无损检测的方法,主要记录了此次设计无缝钢管探伤机驱动 装置的设计过程,对今后设计类似驱动装置有一定的参考作用。 本文清楚地说明了无缝钢管探伤机驱动装置的动力系统及流程,主要研究了从机架到 轴承的设计选择过程。而且清楚地说明了各个零部件的选用原则和方法,对其中需要计算 的部分有详细的公式给出。 而且每个标准都是严格参照相关手册选择, 有较高的参考价值。 整个设计的重点在于选择托起无缝钢管的方案。本文创新选择只使用一个液压缸,利 用杠杆机构来同时实现待检测无缝钢管和已检测无缝钢管的升起降落。理论上,该套设备 能够满足无缝钢管从进料到检测到出料整个过程的各个要求,
