1、 I 智能电网的研究与探讨 摘 要 建造坚强智能电网是我国电网发展的必然趋势,能够带动整个电力工 业的优化,发电系统作为电力工业发、输、配、送的一个组成部分,必然也 要向智能化方向协调发展,最终实现发电系统发展的可持续发展。因此,对 发电系统的协调发展水平评价研究具有很重要的作用。本文首先对智能电网 环境下发电系统的特征进行了剖析,然后据此提出了智能电网环境下发电系 统协调发展的涵义。接下来构建了评价发电系统协调发展水平的评价指标体 系,该指标体系分为内部系统协调发展指标体系和外部协调发展指标体系, 是一个层级复杂的多指标评价指标体系。 分析了智能电网研究背景情况,智能电网的概念、特性以及国内
