1、 1 摘要摘要 P-30B耙斗装岩机是通过绞车的两个滚筒分别牵引主绳、尾绳使耙斗作往复运动，把 岩石扒入进料槽，自卸料槽卸料口卸入矿车或箕斗而实现装岩作业。该机主要由固定楔、 尾轮、耙斗、台车、绞车、操纵机构、导向轮、料槽（进料槽、中间槽、卸料槽）及电气 部分等组成。本设计包含了其中的大部分内容，其中最主要是对绞车的设计，包括电动机、 传动机构、工作滚筒、空程滚筒等，在设计过程中结合实际情况，严格按照国家标准以及 煤炭行业标准，力争给出最合理的参数，最后对一些关键部件进行了强度校核，耙装机是 煤炭装载自动化设备中的重要组成部分，能够创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。 关键字：关键字：行星齿轮、滚筒
