1、 I 摘 要 本文以质量管理的理论、原则、方法为基础,首先对沈阳小型锅炉厂锅炉(压力容 器)中水冷壁管的焊接现行质量管理进行研究,分析存在不完善的地方,并提出了改进 措施。其次,对水冷壁管焊接过程的各个环节进行了研究,从而使焊接过程中的各个环 节都达到规定的要求,把缺陷控制在其形成的早期并加以消除。持续质量改进是一个永 恒的主题,质量的持续改进活动是企业发展的源动力。最后,根据锅炉中水冷壁管焊接 过程中出现的质量问题,研究如何进行质量改进活动。 全文通过运用 P(计划) 、D(执行) 、C(检查) 、A(处理)四个阶段八个步骤对锅 炉中水冷壁管焊接的质量管理过程进行研究与改进。通过对焊接缺陷形
2、成的机理进行研 究,根据这些缺陷形成的原因进行改进,从而减少水冷壁管的焊接接头的不合格数,接 头的不合格数也达到规定的要求。对沈阳小型锅炉厂减少了些不必要的浪费,节约了资 源,并为该厂减少了资金的浪费。 关键词:质量管理;焊接;PDCA 循环;水冷壁管;焊接接头 II Abstract In this paper it was based on the theory of quality management, principles and methods.
