1、 I S型固定式不锈钢消防水炮结构设计 摘 要 消防水炮是消防实战中运用最为广泛的灭火装备之一,设计一个水力学性能好、功能 齐全的消防水炮对消防工作具有重要意义。 在理论计算的基础上设计了S型手动固定式不锈钢消防水炮,并运用Pro/Engineer、 Pro/Mechanica对消防水炮进行了三维实体建模、蜗轮管的应力分析,得出的相关结论可进 一步验证其结构设计的合理性,同时为消防水炮的设计提供一定的理论参考依据。 所设计的消防水炮水平方向可360 0 旋转,垂直方向俯仰角为40070 0 ,通过操作 手轮可调整水炮喷射方位且具有自锁功能,整体外观紧凑、美观、流线型强。 关键词:消防水炮;虚拟
