1、 I 轮毂的铸造工艺及其热芯盒模具设计 摘 要 随着社会的发展,机动车辆在生产和生活中的越来越广泛。轮毂是机动 车辆中的重要部件,其壳体的结构及加工精度直接影响轮毂的正常工作,因 此研究轮毂的加工方法和工艺的编制是十分必要和有意义的。 本设计是对前轮毂零件进行铸造毛坯工艺设计。根据零件的使用条件、 结构特点、生产批量,结合工厂现有设备等进行铸造工艺分析,确定了铸造 方法、造型及造芯方法、凝固原则及浇注位置、分型面、砂箱中铸件数量、 砂型数量等,完成了砂芯、浇注系统、冒口及冷铁、相关工装设备等设计。 本设计采用壳芯盒法制芯,根据芯子的形状及重量选用 763 射芯机进行 射芯,采用酚醛树脂砂作为制
