1、 I 摘 要 本文设计的是 410t/h 燃贫煤高压煤粉锅炉,其过热蒸汽压力为 9.8MPa,过 热蒸汽温度为 540,给水温度为 215。锅炉采用单锅筒,自然循环型布置 固态排渣。采用直吹式系统,四角切圆燃烧,直流燃烧器,重油点火。锅炉前部 为炉膛,四周布满膜式水冷壁,炉膛出口处布置屏式过热器,折焰角斜坡上有高 温对流过热器,水平烟道为低温对流过热器,且布置了两级喷水减温器,便于调 节蒸汽温度。尾部竖井部分交错布置两级省煤器和两级空气预热器。省煤器双侧 进水,空预器为双面进风的管式空预器。屏式过热器采用振动吹灰,对流过热器 采用蒸汽吹灰,尾部受热面采用钢珠吹灰。 关键词:贫煤;高压;自然循环

The superheater sets vibration ash-removal equipments, the convection superheaters set steam ash-removal equipments ,the tail-heated surface sets steel ball ash-removal equipments.
