2、6 页 摘摘 要要 压铸浇口设计是压铸生产技术中极为重要的组成部分。在压铸生产中，浇口技术对压铸件的质 量、压铸操作的效率，模 具寿命、压铸件的切边和清理，压铸合金的重熔率，压铸机功率的效能 等方面有着重大的影响。 压铸填充过程是由填充条件所决定的。而填充条件又取决于压铸工艺对压铸机，压铸模、压铸 合金三个基础部分进行结合和调整的结果，在这个结合和调整的过程中，浇口系统是极为关键的环 节。 由于填充条件的复杂性，使填充过程成为复杂的问题，并且造成理论上和实践上总有一定的距 离。可以认为，在理论上，每种压铸件都有一个理想的最佳填充条件，因而也有一个相应的最佳浇 口系统。而在实践中，要达到理想的填
