2、08 作为数据库， 采用 Visual Studio 2010 处理系统页 面。系统采用三层架构设计，分离了页面代码和数据库，使数据库能独立操 作，提高了代码的利用效率。 系统实现的功能有公告管理、 报修维修管理、 建议管理、 车位租售管理、 楼房管理、入住管理和收费管理。所有涉及收费的管理都实现了打印功能。 系统实现了分权限管理各个模块的功能， 加强了管理， 提高了数据的安全性。 系统还实现了主要操作日志管理，明确了各个岗位人员的职责，起到监督效 果。同时，系统实现了各模块的各种类型统计，有助于管理者从宏观上管理 小区物业。 本次设计最终设计出了一套使用性灵活、覆盖范围广、操作简单实用的 小
