1、 摘要 随着矿井生产技术水平的快速发展,矿井生产能力大大提高,但随之而来的矿井瓦 斯涌出大大增加。 矿井瓦斯已成为制约煤矿安全生产的头号大敌。 文家坡煤矿设计产煤 4. 0Mt,该矿矿井瓦斯涌出量大,仅靠通风方法难以解决瓦斯超限问题,从而严重制约了该 矿的正常生产能力。 本文介绍了该井田的基本情况,预测了矿井瓦斯的涌出量,对抽放瓦斯的必要性与 可行性进行了论证。通过对抽放方法的比较和抽放管路的计算和选择,设计了瓦斯抽放 的方法和矿井瓦斯抽放系统。并计算了抽放系统的管道阻力和瓦斯泵的流量与压力,选 择了合适的瓦斯泵型号,建立了地面永久抽放泵站。最后利用所抽瓦斯进行发电,以达 到合理利用瓦斯,使其
