1、 I 摘 要 本设计的任务是进行造船板轧制工艺设计,典型产品规格为 25mm 2200mm,钢种牌号 为 DH36 高强度船板。整个设计是以参考资料及实际生产所得的经验数据为基础;通过对轧 板厂生产中的工艺制度及厂房的布置的熟悉,查阅大量文献资料,提出了较为合理的 DH36 高强度船板的工艺制度。 在保证 DH36 船板良好的内部结构和较高的综合机械性能的前提下, 合理选择坯料、制定压下制度、温度制度、加热制度及时间制度等,并对每一步做出合理的 分析说明,制定出较为合理的工艺制度,充分发挥出设备的生产能力。本次设计在提高产品 质量和保证机械设备承受能力的前提下,采用了型控制轧制工艺。同时,还对
2、轧辊的强度、 电机过载、发热等都进行了校核。在工艺设计结束时,结合生产中的经验数据对该产品的产 量进行了计算。通过此次 DH36 高强度船板的设计,为以后的实际生产提出了合理的理论依 据。 关键词:高强度船板;工艺制度;控制轧制 II ABSTRACT The purpose of this design is focused on the rolling processes design of shipbuilding plate. On the premise of guaranteeing the good products and higher mechanical property, to select the suitable slabs, make the formulation schedule, temperature schedule, heating schedule and time schedule etc. A further analysis is done and a more reasonable process is established, thus the equipments can work at its efficient condition.
