1、I 摘要 本文主要论述了风机的分类、应用领域及国内外的发展状况。针 对局部通风机进行了结构设计。该风机由集流器、叶轮、电机、风 筒、扩散器等部分组成。风机的两级叶轮分别用两个相同型号的隔 爆电机驱动,可根据需要来调节风压和流量。在风机的入口和出口 处采用了外包复式消声结构来降低噪声。该风机主要应用于煤矿井 下掘进工作面的局部通风.它具有体积小、流量大、风压高的优点, 非常适合井下巷道的长距离通风. 本文主要的研究内容包括; (1)由给定设计参数进行了风机的第 一、二级叶轮的参数计算。 (2)应用等环量方法进行空气动力计算。 (3)风机各部分的结构设计(4)流线罩与扩散器的尺寸参数计算。 (5)
