1、 I 摘 要 电动滚筒是一种将电动机和减速器共同置于滚筒体内部的新型驱动装置。它主要 应用于固定式和移动式带式输送机,替代传统的电动机、减速器在驱动滚筒之外的分离 式驱动装置。行星齿轮传动电动滚筒,具有体积小、重量轻、工作平稳、噪音低、使用 寿命长等特点,已被广泛使用。 本文着重研究行星齿轮传动电动滚筒的工作原理,在给定基本参数的前提下作出 合理布局,通过选择电机功率来确定行星轮系的数目。设计中,对其主要部分(电机、 行星齿轮)和辅助部分(滚筒体、端盖、左、右法兰轴及支座)进行结构分析、力学分 析和材料的性能分析及计算和校核,并且运用数字化三维设计软件 UG 进行电动滚筒的 参数化建模,进行模

In the design of the main parts (motors, planetary gear) and supporting parts (drum body Cover, left, Right axis and flange bearings),I did something in mechanical analysis and materials performance analysis to make an accurate calculation and the rational structure.
