1、 1 摘要摘要 采掘机械化是煤炭工业增加产量,提高劳动效率,改善劳动条件, 保障安全生产的必要技术手段。机电一体化,自动化煤矿开采技术装备的 研制是实现高效生产的基本保障。该论文以许厂煤矿为基础,结合该矿的 煤层情况、煤质情况、煤层顶底板情况、水文地质情况和瓦斯情况进行综 合分析并加以计算。 本设计主要从矿井地理位置,井田走向,顶底板条件,水文地质,矿 井开拓系统,通风及排水要求,主副井系统,主运输系统等矿井基本情况 出发,分成三大部分进行选型设计:工作面机电设备选型计算,流体机械 (排水、通风)选型计算,运输提升设备选型计算。 工作面机电设备包括采煤机的选型计算,工作面刮板输送机的选型计 算
