1、 I 摘摘 要要 在冻土带钻井及天然气水合物钻井中, 钻井泥浆冷却技术是 钻井工艺中的关键技术之一。适当的井内循环泥浆温度是钻井作 业安全快速进行的保证。 为满足天然气水合物钻探取样工艺要求, 我校研制了一种天 然气水合物钻井泥浆冷却系统。 由于泥浆在冷却器内循环温度低于泥浆冰点温度,因此冷却 器内管会出现冻结和卡堵等现象。本论文研究的内管防堵装置是 对我校研制的天然气水合物钻井泥浆冷却系统进行改进,防止泥 浆内管发生冻结和卡堵。 防堵装置主要是分析同轴套管式冷却器内管发生堵塞时其 温度、流量和压力的变化过程,确定最佳控制参数。根据钻井工 作对泥浆流量的要求,确定流量控制范围,并设计防堵装置,
