1、 I 摘 要 本设计任务为年产 120 万吨冶金焦焦化厂鼓风冷凝阶段的初步 设计。设计是由摘要、引言、文献综述、文献综述、研究内容与工艺 设计方案及选型、煤气的鼓风冷凝工段的工艺计算、非工艺条件的选 择和设计、工厂的实际经验和某些技术上的改进、 参考文献等部分组 成。 本设计对煤气的鼓风冷凝工段进行了初步的设计。 对流程中所需 的各种设备,如横管初冷气、鼓风机、电捕焦油器、机械化氨水澄清 槽等进行了详细的计算和选型。同时对其做了工艺计算, 达到了所需 规格性能的要求。 本设计还对鼓风冷凝工段的非工艺条件进行了选择、 设计,使鼓风冷凝工段更加完善。 在鼓风冷凝工段中, 本设计应用了国内的一些焦化
