1、摘 要 - I - 摘 要 教师职称管理系统是一个典型的高校职称管理系统，其开发过程主要包括 后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建 立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求其应 用程序具有功能完备，易使用等特点。 经过分析，本课题以 B/S 为开发模式，采用 JSP（JAVA SERVER PAGES） 和 JAVA 编程语言，以 SQL Server 2005、 DREAMWEAVER、TOMCAT 和 EDITPLUS 为开发平台， 开发出了一个教师职称管理系统。 此系统实现了教师职 称管理的各种工作流程计算机管理化，其中包括对教师档
