1、 摘要 该国际酒店位于北京市，占地面积 3421 平方米，建筑面积 30010 平方米。地下一 层为汽车库、冷冻机房等。地上一层为西餐厅、大堂等。地上二层为中餐厅，包间，大 堂等。地上三层为 KTV、演艺吧、棋牌室等。地上四层为会议用房，大堂等。地上五 层为游泳池、台球室，健身房等康体设施用房，地上六层到十四层为客房，十五层为总 统套房，设备层位于顶层。 该设计为北京市某国际酒店中央空调设计的第 2 部分。 设计的内容包括:地下一层主 机房、汽车库、地上 23 层、1115 层的空调、通风、防排烟系统及冷热源设计。具体 内容为：空调的负荷计算；空调系统的选择；空调设备选型；水力计算；冷热源的选
2、择； 绘制施工图；保温和消声防振设计等内容。 根据建筑物本身的特点和功能需要，本设计决定对二层中餐厅和三层演艺吧采用全 空气空调系统，其余房间采用风机盘管加新风系统。制冷机房位于地下一层，且要考虑 机房的通风。地下车库、楼梯前室和走廊需要设计防排烟系统，防排烟风机位于顶层设 备层。 关键词：中央空调 风机盘管加新风系统 全空气系统 国际酒店 Abstract The international hotel is located in Beijing, covers an area of 3421 square meters and a building area of 30010 square
