1、 摘要 该国际酒店位于北京市,占地面积 3421 平方米,建筑面积 30010 平方米。地下一 层为汽车库、冷冻机房等。地上一层为西餐厅、大堂等。地上二层为中餐厅,包间,大 堂等。地上三层为 KTV、演艺吧、棋牌室等。地上四层为会议用房,大堂等。地上五 层为游泳池、台球室,健身房等康体设施用房,地上六层到十四层为客房,十五层为总 统套房,设备层位于顶层。 该设计为北京市某国际酒店中央空调设计的第 2 部分。 设计的内容包括:地下一层主 机房、汽车库、地上 23 层、1115 层的空调、通风、防排烟系统及冷热源设计。具体 内容为:空调的负荷计算;空调系统的选择;空调设备选型;水力计算;冷热源的选
2、择; 绘制施工图;保温和消声防振设计等内容。 根据建筑物本身的特点和功能需要,本设计决定对二层中餐厅和三层演艺吧采用全 空气空调系统,其余房间采用风机盘管加新风系统。制冷机房位于地下一层,且要考虑 机房的通风。地下车库、楼梯前室和走廊需要设计防排烟系统,防排烟风机位于顶层设 备层。 关键词:中央空调 风机盘管加新风系统 全空气系统 国际酒店 Abstract The international hotel is located in Beijing, covers an area of 3421 square meters and a building area of 30010 square

The design content includes: underground layers freezing room, garage, the ground 2 3 layer, 11 15 layer of air conditioning and ventilation and smoke control system and the desig
