1、 I 摘要 本论文阐述一套用于生产风扇叶片的注塑模具设计,给定参数:风扇直径 30CM,风扇功率 45W 来进行设计。设计时首先设计出塑件模型,然后选择合适 的材料,接下来再进行模具设计(此次设计应用 Pro/E 野火 4.0 版设计) 。包括设 计模具的成型系统、浇注系统、冷却系统、导向系统、脱模系统等。设计的重点 在于成型系统和浇注系统与脱模系统,而成型系统的重点在于分型面的设计,它 决定了型芯和型腔结构以及模具的质量。因为扇叶塑件比较特殊,叶片的厚度较 薄,所以浇注系统浇口和主分流道的选择显得尤为重要。 在设计中,通过合理设计推出机构和脱模机构,保证了扇叶脱模时受力均匀, 避免了叶片变形
