1、 I 基于单片机控制的便携式电容测试仪设计 摘要:元件容抗的测量在电子工程中非常的重要,无论是在实验过程还是实际应 用中都要尽力做到对于电容测量的精确。在保证量程和测量精度的基础上,利用单片机 模块将测试仪器尽可能简便化就能够大大的提高元件测量的效率。 本系统由 555 多谐振 荡器、单片机控制模块、继电器控制模块以及液晶显示模块构成。STC89C52 单片机取得 振荡器产生的信号频率,然后根据采样频率值判断是否转换量程,将数据进行处理后, 送液晶模块显示相应的被测电容参数值以及参数单位。在合适的频率范围内可测得 100PF10000PF 的电容,并且可以控制测量精度在5%范围内。 关键词:单
