1、 1 摘摘 要要 本文结合国内外 LED 技术的发展和应用情况,以 LED 点阵的显示原理为核心,全 面的阐述了基于 AT89S52 单片机的 1616 点阵的汉字显示屏的制作思路以及制作原 理。 LED 显示屏是一种新型信息显示媒体,集微电子技术、光电子技术、计算机技术、 信息处理技术于一体的大型显示系统。以其色彩鲜艳,动态范围广,亮度高,寿命长, 工作性能稳定特点,广泛应用于广告、证券、信息传播、新闻发布等方面。 本文设计了基于单片机的 LED 汉字显示屏。给出了系统框图,硬件模块设计图、 软件流程图和程序。硬件模块设计方面,主控制系统采用单片机控制方式,实现点阵 LED 显示屏的驱动及信
