1、 I 摘 要 此设计介绍了一种基于变频器的小区恒压供水系统的构成及工作原 理。系统 PLC 为总控单元采用变频调速的方式,自动调节水泵电机转速、 保持供水压力的恒定,在用水低谷时通过变频为小流量泵,降低电耗。 在用水高峰时通过变频转为大流量泵,变频频率根据生活用水时间以及 其他一些影响因素对主控 PLC 提供信息对变频器进行调解,使得水压恒 定于一定的范围从而保证水的不间断供给,舒适小区生活以及保障消防 用水,系统具有节能,工作安全可靠、自动化程度高等优点,提高了供 水质量,对于小区物业而言,一次投入长时间受益。随着变频调速技术 的发展和人们对生活饮用水品质要求的不断提高,变频恒压供水系统已
