1、 I 摘 要 基于 VB 的沥青浸渍程序是针对沥青浸渍工业现场的软件编程，它可以有效地对 工业现场中的各个物理量进行监视和控制，实现 PLC 与计算机之间的串口通信，使整个 工业过程能合理有序的工作。为了使调度人员使用方便，系统全部采用视窗操作，可在 主工艺窗体、浸渍沥青加热窗体、浸渍沥青冷却窗体、实时报警窗体、历史报警窗体、 实时曲线窗体、历史曲线窗体、实时数据窗体之间切换。此系统结构紧凑，便于维护。 本次毕业设计实现以下几项功能： 1.模拟沥青浸渍工业现场的工业环境，对实时物理量进行监控，确保工业过程正 常进行。 2.系统具有自诊断功能.当数据出现异常时，浸渍工艺界面会有动画效果，可进 行
