1、梯形支架的冲压工艺及模具设计 1 梯形支架的冲压工艺及模具设计 摘要摘要 本文利用冲压工艺及模具设计的理论知识,同时以金属学与热处理、塑 性力学等许多工程技术基础学科为基础,并联系冲压设备、模具制造工艺学等相关学科 进行连接板的冲压工艺及模具设计。在对梯形支架进行加工工艺性分析以及确定冲压加 工工艺方案的基础上设计冲裁模和弯曲模两副模具,并对所设计的两副模具按相关要求 检查其加工工艺性以及生产的可行性。在设计过程中,同步应用 Pro/Engineer 软件进 行实体造型设计,应用 Auto-CAD 软件绘制工程图。设计结果表明,利用所设计的模具 进行连接板的生产,可以提高该产品的质量及生产效率
