1、 I 摘 要 自动发电控制是能量管理系统中的一项基本功能, 在保证电网频率质量和联 络线交换功率恒定等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。 随着电网规模的不断扩大和自 动化水平的不断提高,具备自动发电控制功能的机组在电网中的比重越来越大, 自动发电控制技术己成为现代电网运行中不可缺少的调整手段。 本文针对火电厂负荷优化组合分配的特点, 提出了以一个调度周期内发电厂 费用总和最小值为目标函数,包含负荷需求限制、单机输出功率上下限、机组最 大允许启停次数、机组最小连续运行时间等约束条件的数学模型。通过对优化问 题的研究,以优化算法为载体,来实现优化问题。 关键词:关键词:自动发电控制,机组组合,负荷分配,优
