1、 第 页 I 摘 要 本文以既有民用建筑,特别是混凝土结构和砌体结构的房屋为研究对象, 对 其安全性鉴定方法进行了分析和研究。 文章首先介绍了国内外建筑结构安全性鉴 定研究动态、民用建筑安全鉴定的既有标准,重点阐述了混凝土结构和砌体结构 房屋的安全鉴定方法; 然后详细介绍了混凝土结构, 建筑物结构安全性鉴定程序、 工作内容以及评级标准,回弹法检测混凝土强度的原理及检测技术,对建筑结构 存在的问题及鉴定的分类做了介绍, 同时对安全性鉴定的程序和内容作了详细的 介绍,主要从地基基础、上部承重结构、围护承重部分三个方面各个子单元以金 岭花园B区20#楼为研究对象,对其安全性鉴定方法进行了分析和研究。
