2、并且寻找出适宜的解决办法。引导小学创新教育走出 困境并获得进一步发展壮大。 本文从两个方面进行探讨。第一部分以创新教育理论为依据，分析在小学实施创新 教育遇到的问题。第二部分针对问题着重探讨如何解决小学创新教育中存在的问题。从 教育观念、教师素养、教学方法等方面入手，提出了个人的改革构想，希望能够对创新 教育在农村小学教育中的顺利实施起到一定的参考作用。 关键词:农村小学；创新教育；教师素养 ii Abstract Implementation of innovative education and training creative talents is the demands of the

But in recent years, the development of creative education situation is not very satisfactory; there are many problems and malpractices, which directly affect the implementation of creative education. I believe that the important is imperative to analyze the problems of creative education, and find out appropriate solutions. It makes primary creative education out of the woods and gets further development
