1、 1 摘摘 要要 本设计的井田面积为 12.1 平方千米,年产量 90 万吨。井田内煤层赋存 比较稳定,煤层倾角 10-17,平均煤厚 4.10m,整体地质条件比较简单,在 井田范围西部和中央均有断层发育。沼气和二氧化碳含量相对不高,涌水量 也不大。根据实际的地质资料情况进行井田开拓和准备方式的初步设计,该 矿井决定采用三立井上山开采,煤层分组采区上下山联合布置的开拓方式, 设计采用综合机械化一次采全高回采工艺,走向长壁采煤法,用全部跨落法 处理采空区。并对矿井运输、矿井提升、矿井排水和矿井通风等各个生产系 统的设备选型计算,以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求,完成整 个矿井的初步设计。
