1、 1 摘摘 要要 企业作为一种经济实体，在经济生产链条中发挥着重要作用，但是随着改革 开放的步伐向前迈进，企业破产、改制的程度逐渐加深，给不同的利益群体造成 了直接利益冲突，这成为诱发群体性事件的直接原因。目前因企业破产、改制引 发的群体性事件出现了参与人行为激烈， 参与主体多元化， 处置难度加大的情况。 在我国构建社会主义和谐社会过程中，这类群体性事件成为影响社会稳定的重要 因素，也越来越吸引各方面的关注。本文将就企业破产、改制引发的群体性事件 的成因、特点进行阐述和分析，并提出解决对策。 文章分为三部分，第一章主要介绍企业破产改制引发的群体性事件的概况， 对基本概念进行界定，在对基本概念有
