1、 I 退火炉控制系统设计退火炉控制系统设计-微机监控程序设计微机监控程序设计 摘摘 要要 随着科学技术的快速发展, 退火处理已经成为制作球墨铸管的一道重要工艺, 它严重关系着球墨铸管产 品的质量。 本课题要求根据工程实际需求用组态软件进行系统监控程序设计, 要求了解系统监控软件的一般 实现方法,掌握组态软件的功能。本文通过对退火炉控制系统的控制要求和实现功能进行简要的分析,利用 MCGS 组态软件实现了对退火炉控制系统的设备组态,并且绘制了相应的工艺流程图。本文还对该系统的 温度以及水流量等实时数据的存储,报警记录消息,曲线的绘制,报表的输出等方面作出了较为详细的介绍 和分析。经调试运行的结果
