1、 注塑机注射装置设计 【摘要】 针对注塑机注射装置的设计，本文着手设计一款注塑量为 60g 合模力为 500KN 的注射 装置。经过查找各种资料最终选定设计卧式单缸液压马达直接驱动的往复螺杆式注射装 置。本文首先简要介绍了注塑机行业的发展情况和今后的发展方向，其次就是对注射装置 的结构设计，设计的内容包括对液压马达的选择，和对螺杆、料筒、喷嘴、料斗等的设计， 同时还对注塑机的基本参数进行了计算。最后使用 CAD 软件画出注塑机和注射装置的装配 图，并且选出典型零件画出零件图。 关键词： 注射装置设计，结构设计，参数计算，CAD 画图 The injection device design fo
