1、 摘要 本文数控加工工艺的分析及工艺路线的设计和程序的编制是以数控车床为平台, 根据加 工工艺的具体分析和整体思路并且完成工装的制定, 无论是手工编程还是计算机辅助自动编 程,在编程前都要对所加工的零件进行加工工艺性分析,制订加工工艺方案,选择相应的数 控机床及合适的刀具,确定切削用量。在编程中,对一些工艺问题 (如工件的装夹、对刀 点、程序原点、加工路径等)也需要做一些处理。因此,数控编程的工艺处理是一项十分重 要而繁琐的工作, 设计此课题项目, 以考查学生对于所学过的相关知识掌握和独立设计能力。 本文内容包括以下三个部分:加工工艺的设计、二维及三维图形的绘制、程序的编制。 关键词:关键词:
