1、I 摘摘 要要 洗衣机从 20 世纪 80 年代初期开始传入中国家庭，并由最初的单缸洗衣机到双缸洗衣 机，再到全自动洗衣机。全自动洗衣机也从最初的采用机械电动式控制器的普通式全自动 洗衣机，发展到采用微电脑控制的微电脑控制全自动洗衣机，再到采用模糊控制技术的模 糊控制全自动洗衣机。全自动洗衣机是一种同时具有洗涤、漂洗和脱水等功能，且它们之 间的转换不用手工操作而能知道进行的洗衣机。 随着数字技术的快速发展，数字技术被广泛应用于智能控制的领域中。单片机以体积小、 功能全、价格低廉、开发方便的优势得到了许多电子系统设计者的青睐，它适合于实时控 制，可构成工业控制器、智能仪表、智能接口、智能武器装置
2、以及通用测控单元等。 本文以 AT89S52 单片机为核心，设计了全自动洗衣机控制系统。本系统实现了对洗衣机整 个洗衣过程的控制，包括用户参数输入、洗衣、脱水和结束演奏四个阶段。控制系统主要 由电源电路、数字控制电路和机械控制电路三大模块构成。电源电路为数字控制电路提供 稳定的 5V 直流电压， 为电动机提供 220V 市电； 数字控制电路负责控制洗衣机的工作过程， 主要由 AT89S52 单片机、两位共阴数码管、按键、蜂鸣器、LED 指示灯组成；机械控制电 路实现水位检测、电机驱动、进水、排水等功能，主要由水位检测器、电动机、传动系统 部件、进水排水电磁阀组成。 本系统的电路并不复杂，给 A
