1、 I 摘 要 啤酒工业在我国迅猛发展的同时,排出了大量的啤酒废水,给环 境造成了极大的威胁。本设计为木兰县金桥啤酒厂啤酒废水处理设计, 设计程度为初步设计。啤酒废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物, 属高浓度有机废水,故其生化需氧量也较大。该啤酒废水处理厂的处 理水量为 10000m 3/d,不考虑远期发展。原污水中各项指标为:BOD 浓度 为 1800 mg/L ,COD 浓度为 2200 mg/L ,SS 浓度为 120 mg/L 。因该废 水 BOD 值较大,不经处理会对环境造成巨大污染,故要求处理后的排放 水要严格达到国家 啤酒工业污染物排放标准 (GB198212005) , 即:B
2、OD 20 mg/L ,COD 80 mg/L ,SS 70mg/L 。 本设计工艺流程为: 啤酒废水 格栅/污水提升泵 调节沉淀池 UASB 反应器 CASS 池 巴氏计量槽 处理出水 工程实践表明 UASB+CASS 组合工艺对啤酒废水是一种有效的处理工艺, 且该处理工艺具有结构紧凑简洁,运行控制灵活,抗冲击负荷,污泥 量小等特点。 关键关键词词: 啤酒废水 UASB CASS II Abstract With the rapid development of brewery industry in China, more brewery wastewater is discharged,
