1、 摘摘 要要 随着我国城镇建设大发展,住宅建筑多样化、高层化、集群(小区)化是必 然趋势。因此,完整的住宅电气设计是指由用户到小区建筑群所涉及的相关电气 设计。需要强调的是,现代住宅电气设计,无论思想、技术、产品选择等诸方面, 与传统大相径庭。 本论文主要阐述了某市某小区多层住宅楼的各系统电气设计的设计依据、 原 则和方法及设计选择的结论。主要包括强电和弱电设计,其中强电包括:住宅用 电负荷计算;照明配电平面图设计(包括照明及插座的设计) ;配电系统图设计; 防雷与重复接地布置图设计;电气设计说明。弱电包括:弱电平面图设计(包括 电视、电话、网络、可视对讲的设计) ;弱电系统图设计。 关键词:
