1、摘摘 要要 机械手是模仿着人手的部分动作,按照给定程序、轨迹和要求能实现自动 抓取、搬运的自动机械装置。也是近几十年发展起来一种高科技自动化生产设 备,它对稳定、提高产品质量、提高生产效率、改善劳动条件和产品的快速更新 换代起着十分重要的作用, 随着工业机械化和自动化的发展以及气动技术自身的 一些优点,气动机械手已经广泛应用在生产自动化的各个行业。随着工业自动化 的普及和发展,控制器的需求量逐年增大,搬运机械手的应用也逐渐普及,主要 在汽车,电子,机械加工、食品、医药等领域的生产流水线或货物装卸调运, 可 以更好地节约能源和提高运输设备或产品的效率, 以降低其他搬运方式的限制和 不足,满足现代
2、经济发展的要求。 本设计中的机械手采用上下升降加平面转动式结构,机械手的动作由气动 缸驱动, 气动缸由相应的电磁阀来控制, 电磁阀由 PLC 控制。 驱动执行元件完成, 能十分方便的嵌入到各类工业生产线中。机械手采用 PLC 控制,具有可靠性高、 改变程序灵活等优点,无论是进行时间控制还是行程控制或混合控制,都可通过 设定 PLC 程序来实现。可以根据机械手的动作顺序修改程序,使机械手的通用性 更强。 关键词:关键词:PLC;机械手; Abstract Manipulator is part of the action imitating the hands, according to the
