1、 毕业设计（论文）毕业设计（论文） 题目：题目：6 万万 m3/d 城市污水处理厂设计城市污水处理厂设计 院 系：环境与化学工程系 专 业：环境工程 摘 要 本论文主要设计卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺处理城市污水。城市污水处理厂是城 市发展的重点基础设施，是城市水污染控制、水环境保护工作中的重点工程，它 对社会经济的高速、稳定、可持续性发展有极其重要的作用。 本设计是东北地区的一个城市污水处理厂，其污水流量为 6 万 m3/d，经处 理后应达到 SS 去除率 85%，BOD 去除率 90%。本设计采用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺， 卡鲁塞尔氧化沟一般采用表面曝气，其曝气池成封闭的沟渠型，污水和活性污泥 的混合液在
2、其中不断的循环流动，因此又称为“环形曝气池” 。氧化沟水力停留 时间长，有机负荷低，污泥龄高，又很好的沉降性能，对 BOD 和 SS 的处理效 率高，与其他的活性污泥相比有明显的优点：流程简单，投资费用少，运行效果 稳定，出水水质好且有一定承受水质水量冲击负荷的能力。出水可达国家排放标 准。处理工艺流程主要由格栅、沉砂池、氧化沟、二沉池、污泥浓缩池、污泥脱 水间等组成。高程布置和平面布置合理，既减少占地，又利于污水，污泥输送， 并有利于减少工程投资和运行成本。 本论文包括设计背景，方案选择的依据，工艺流程，构筑物尺寸的计算，设 备选型，成本核算等。 关键词：城市污水；设计；卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺；
