1、 选煤厂电气控制系统的研究与设计 摘摘 要要 能源是人类生存发展的必要条件,煤炭又是人类所利用的主要能源之一。因此对煤 炭的分选,综合利用是科学进步的体现,也是充分利用不可再生资源,减少资源浪费必 须解决的问题。随着科学技术的发展,人类对煤炭利用的多样性和完全性有所提高,生 产企业对原煤分选的要求也在不断提高。分选煤炭的设备的控制水平也尤为重要,为此 将 PLC 技术应用于选煤厂集中控制,并设计了一种基于 PLC 的自动选煤系统。本设计主 要研究的是从给煤机到犁煤机的整个电气控制过程,采用了西门子 s7-200PLC,通过梯 形图编程语言对整个系统进行顺序控制。在正文部分主要介绍了研究选煤厂的
