1、 1 摘要 人们对机械加工方法的研究,经历了许多阶段,而由单作坊小批量生产到后 来的大批量生产则是一个质的飞跃。大批大量生产不仅大大的提高了生产效率、 节约了成本,而且还大大减少了资源的浪费,应该说这是一种比较完美的生产方 式了。然而,随着经济的高速发展,社会对机械产品需求多样化的趋势也越来越 明显,品种的多样化和大批大量生产出现了矛盾。成组技术的就是为了解决这一 矛盾而出现的。 本文以拨叉零件为例子, 从零件的编码开始介绍了拨叉零件的成组设计方法 和步骤,即运用 OPITZ 分类编码系统对零件进行编码,根据相似性要求对零件 分类成组,继而得到组内每个零件的工艺路线。本文以铣削平面该工序的成组
