1、 【摘要摘要】 :本课题是热水器壁挂支架的级进模具。热水器壁挂支架的级进模具包括冲裁、弯曲及压 筋等工艺步骤,其中冲裁包括冲孔与落料。热水器壁挂支架采用侧刃定距的定位方式,能够准确对 条料进行定距; 送卸料方式是通过人工送料和弹性卸料来实现的。 由于级进模模具的定位精度要求 较高,因而用了四导柱的定位方式。模具的主体采用了整体结构,凸凹通过配合加工来满足凸凹模 之间的精度要求。模具的凸模定位方式采用了台阶式结构。该模具的设计过程:先通过工艺分析确 定了工件的排样图(其中包含:工艺步骤的划分,条料的定距方式,凸凹模的形状等),通过排样 图确定凸凹模的尺寸,计算凸凹模的刃口尺寸,利用 AUTOCA
